Tecdis part number G2446X1R1AC intelligent LCD display.
Features include Cold Cathode Fluorescent backlight of module.
The dot format is 240x64, the LCD fluid type is fstn, the module size is 191 x 79 x 15.1mm (about 3x8") the viewing area is 134x41mm and the dot size is 0.49x0.49mm, viewing angle 70 deg.,  rise time 250ms,  this module operates on 5 and 12 volts, the built in controller is a type SED1330,  and the inverter for the backlight is built in.
This is one of the best LCD modules we've run across (too bad the forklift crunched most of them). Lots of data can be found on the internet but not a price as sweet as the one we're offering here.
