RF Preamplifier Module
RF preamplifier covers approx 30 MHz to 1.2 GHz, this unit has "F" connectors on each end and goes inline to the coax as close to the antenna as is practical. If the antenna is a closed circuit on the feed like a folded dipole a dc blocking capacitor (Alltronics p/n CF990) will need be employed between the antenna and the amp to protect the power supply (9 to 18 Volts dc) which will insert DC at the receiver end of the cable. Two of these may be cascaded together. CHEAP FUN!

US-European AC Power Adaptor Jack/Plug
These handy little adaptors are used to plug 'made for USA' type two prong devices into and in turn plug into a European/English 220Vac wall socket. Plug side is the familiar two round pins. Make sure the device you are trying to power will run on 220 Volts, some newer devices are 'universal' and will run on either. Some older devices (such as wall transformers for cameras) will have a 110/220 volt switch in the power supply. Many computers/power supplies have a 110/220 switch which must be in the 220 position when using this adaptor on a 220V circuit. These are similar to ones made by Franzus ( at a higher price of course).
