Ground Plane kit with copper coated steel radials 1/16" with mounting bracket, UHF connector, sealant and screws all included. Radials cut for 144 Mhz primarily and to be used for transmitting and receiving, however it could also be used for scanners. Can be cut shorter to raise frequency to 220MHz or 440MHz as desired.
