Bowers snap-in seal, Cadium Plated, 2-1/2 diameter, AKA Hole plug, or Goof plug. These are commonly used to fill holes in electrical cabinets but can be used anywhere it's convenient to fill a 2" diameter hole in a panel up to 3/8" thick.
