These are made by Ford Link and are 120v AC input and 24 VAC, 750 mA output, surface mount class 2 wall transformers. They come new in plain white boxes. They have six foot leads attached single ended with no DC type connection. The leads are factory stripped and tinned. These are used in many applications including control timers, video and ccd cameras, alarm power supplies, remote lighting supplies, irrigation controls, etc.
