Avimo p/n 201-060-004 standard glass prism made for telecom industry. These are used in fiber optic communications hardware where dense wavelengths are employed and are used for switching, combining and wavelength division multipexing (wdm). They measure about 1.8 x 1 x .6 x 1 mm and are about .4 mm thick.
