| 'Pulls' is the industry term for parts that have been removed from service. 'Pulls' are generally unsoldered, cleaned, and tested. Often 'pulls' have shorter leads because after initial soldering the leads are clipped off and may not fit thru thicker PCB's. When parts are trimmed it is adviseable to use IC sockets. |
