How can I place an order under the $20.00 minimum?
The simple answer is, you can't. We feel that $20.00 is the minimum order we can process and cover our costs. You can use the "Minimum Order Handling Fee" option to top-up and meet the minimum order requirement if you wish.
I saw an item on your website, is it possible to get it in a different color, size, or configuration?
No, all the items are shown on the web site. If optional sizes or configurations are available they will be shown in the description or listed as a separate item number.
The best way to see the shipping charges is to add the items you want to the shopping cart and then enter your zip code and country in the boxes on the Your Shopping Cart Summary page and pressing the Shipping Quote button. All of the shipping methods for your area will be displayed. We have a a number of expedited methods and a "lowest cost with tracking" method where we will price shipping for your shopping cart and then ship in the smallest a flat rate box. This minimizes your shipping costs. This is not a "zero cost" option, we just try to give you the best rate we can for your combination of items.
What if my package goes to the wrong address and is returned to Alltronics?
If a package is returned to Alltronics by USPS or UPS as the address is invalid we will contact you by email to request clarification on the address you entered. If the address you gave us was incorrectly entered by us we will ship the package back to you free of charge, if you entered the address incorrectly we will offer to ship back to you and charge you the revised shipping costs.
If the package is damaged on arrival at your address, refuse the package and ask it to be returned to Alltronics. When it arrives we check out the package and contents and will file an insurance claim if an item is damaged. We will you ship a new item to you upon receipt of this original package. if you choose to accept a damaged package, there is nothing we can do.
No, sorry we do not accept COD orders.
It depends on when we receive the order from you and what method of shipping you choose. We ship all orders as fast as we can, in the order we receive them. We don't work weekends and observe all major holidays.
Can I return the items if they don't meet my needs?
No, so please be sure the items are what you want. If you have any questions, ask before placing the order. We will replace any defective items or if we shipped you the wrong item from what was on your order.
Can you order an item for me that is not on your website?
In general no, we cannot order anything again. We are primarily surplus dealers. We have no connections with any specific manufacturers or distributors unless otherwise stated in the ad copy. Some standard items can be re-ordered, but are subject to new pricing and restocking costs and so maybe higher in price. If this is the case, we shall let you know and you can decide if you still wish to purchase at the new price.
Coupons and Discounts?
Periodically we do offer discounts in the form of coupons. These need to be used at the time of order during the checkout process and cannot be retroactively or used for any order outside the stated time period. These coupons will be advertised on the home page and need to be entered by the customer at the time of checkout to be valid.

Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, you can by calling 408-778-3868 between 10am and 4pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. However, if you want to place the order by phone because you don't like to send your credit card information over the internet, you are not gaining anything. We place the order over the internet when you call us. If this is the case you would be better off using the Check/Money Order payment method and then sending the credit card information via FAX or Mail.
Can I download an order form and send/fax it to you?
Yes, you can using the online form (see link). Please complete this and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to us at 408 778 2558 if you want to use a credit card, or send it to us at the Santa Clara address on the form with a check for the full amount including shipping and tax. We will send the order once the check has cleared.
Do you charge sales tax on my order?
Only if your order is being shipped within California. If you are a reseller and have a valid California Resale Certificate please complete this form online form (see link) and email to us at email@example.com or fax it to us at 408 778 2558.

Only Internet Exporer and Google Chrome on Windows are tested. We know this is a limitation.
